STUDENT TRANSIT believes in doing everything possible to make students and drivers as safe and secure as they can be. When it comes to safety, we never compromise.

Since student safety is paramount we ensure our drivers and vehicles operate at the highest standards. For our drivers we perform:

 

• Extensive back ground checks to federal standards
• Rigorous classroom training
• Skid Pad training
• Training in the latest communication technology
• Trained to support the safety of pedestrian students

We also add the following safety technologies:

• All Buses will be GPS Monitored
• All Buses will have our ALERT system connected to local police
• Crossing guards and drivers will have radio communication

We operate our Safety Services as if the students and drivers are STUDENT TRANSIT family members.
