RETAINING A TURNAROUND TEAM TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF THE TRANSPORTATION OPERATION

  • Fleet MPG
  • Maintenance Cost Per Vehicle
  • Cost Per Route Per Day
  • Vehicle Specifications and Procurement Costs
  • Inventory and Parts Purchasing Costs

THE IMPLEMENTATION

We collaboratively work to design a transportation turnaround program consisting of a set of initiatives each with a specific set of actions and a performance contribution target. The existing staff is the team that implements the initiatives. We support the program with the required systems, structures, processes and tools that enable the rapid development and transfer of best practices to ensure the designed program is fully implemented and achieves the targeted objectives.
